A Mother & her Son

As I watched my oldest son when he was just 5 years old, I knew it was not typical for a child his age to be able to sit and draw for hours. Like many parents, I sought out ways for him to explore many activities but art seemed to hold his attention and provide him with a level of confidence like nothing else. When I asked him to paint something for his little sister's birthday party, he replied with "Mom, how about I just teach you?" After 7 years of attending the art camp at LSU Shreveport, art classes in 8th and 9th grade, and the talented art program - Jacob has become his mother's teacher. I am now blessed to say, my son has lead me to discover a gift that I now know can only come from our Creator in Heaven.
